BMC Director: James Spencer
On October 9, 2024, James Spencer became the new BMC Director of the Dallas NDC. Mr. Spencer became a career employee in 2021. In September of 2022, Mr. Spencer was appointed Chief Steward of Tour 3, at Dallas NDC, by Nichele Hill. As an up and coming representative of Dallas APWU, Mr. Spencer has been persistent in grievance filing and studying of the National Agreement. The Dallas Area Local is holding a Members Appreciation Event on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. on the Parking Lot of the APWU Union Hall at 2010 Postal Way in Dallas, Tx.
It will be a drive through event for our members with Eddie Deen's BBQ.
Serving Times Will Be
7AM to 9AM
1PM to 3PM
5PM to 7PM
You will need to verify your membership at the gate. Hope you can make it.

We are pleased to inform you that the Dallas TX Area Local (APWU) Executive Board voted Nichelle Hill (NDC Chief Steward) into the recent vacated NDC Director position (vacated by Jonathan Cage) in accordance with the Local Constitution.
Nichele has been serving the local in different roles over the years. She is a very familiar face around the NDC and all facilities in the Dallas area.
Please join me in congratulating Nichele Hill and wishing her the best of luck in her new role.

During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic it is so uplifting and refreshing to see employees being shown appreciation by Postal Managers and Supervisors. On June 17, 2020 the DNDC Tour Three employees were treated as essential workers through a combined effort from Michael Watts, Neander Howard, Olan Mathis, Tammie Jones, Emma Crowe, Kimberly Ray, Ruth Griffin, Deidre Washington, Reginald Johnson, and Adiliah Shamid-Deen . The T-shirts and chopped beef sandwiches were bought and paid for by the mentioned Managers out of their own pockets for all of mail processing on tour three.. As Postal Workers during this time of extended hours and a reduced workforce we are still dedicated to providing quality service to our customers. The picture shows postal employees exercising social distancing and the words lit up on the building pretty much sums it up. I am proud to be a postal worker and to work with and beside HEROES. Continue to stay safe and thank you all for your service.
